BRUSSELS, Nov. 11 (Xinhua) -- To commemorate the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day, Belgian King Philippe delivered a speech Sunday morning at the Congress column in Brussels Eagles JJ Arcega-Whiteside Jersey , calling on young people to become "heroes" and build a peaceful world.
